Ray Morimura

Morimura was born in 1948 in Tokyo. He graduated from Tokyo Gakugei University and began his career as a painter using abstract, geometric forms. Later he turned to woodblock printmaking. The use of geometric forms can still be found in the artist's print designs.

Michael Oliveri is an American artist and teacher living in Athen, Georgia.

This is a part of his latest work "Micrographs", a serie of various insects shots taken through a scanning electron microscope. He brings a new kind of still life scenes and odd landscapes views with a brilliant approach.
